Shakhtar in Spain: a day without a match

The Pitmen continue their Spanish training camp. The team’s preparation is going according to its calendar, which is not connected with a year one. In any case, the fact that it's Sunday today, does not affect in any way the work rhythm of the Donetsk delegation in Spain.

January 27 is one of the few days when Shakhtar do not play a friendly game. So after breakfast, the coaching staff divided the team into two groups of players who engaged in fitness training. The on-pitch session is scheduled for the evening.

Tomorrow, on 28 January, the Pitmen will play their second round match in the Copa del Sol, where they will face the Norwegian side Rosenborg. The meeting will begin at 20:00. The fans can watch the game live on Football channel. One can also follow the match via live text coverage on our website.

The Pitmen started the tournament with a 2-1 victory over the Swedish team Goteborg. And yesterday they held a friendly match with the select team of the Spanish Footballers' Association and claimed a 3-1 win.
