This time Shirak centre NGO referred to the residents of Gyumri's light industry factories’ hostels living in extremely hard social conditions.
The families there have to live in partially collapsed building and are not considered homeless as a result of disastrous earthquake and consequently are not subjected to apartment compensation by the state. The families living there are deprived of elementary communal-livelihood conditions.
Today the employers of the NGO visited the Srapyans' family having four children and with the money provided by Australian-Armenian philanthropist Aram Mikayelyan bought firewood for them.
