Lurer.com spoke with the founder of LLC "Levon Amirkhanyan" Hamlet Amirkhanyan, who carries a five-star hotel complex building Wyndham Hotel Yerevan in Avan District.
This hotel will be different from the others of its kind with the level of service and cuisine, and luxury.
Inside and outside the hotel there will be large, stylish swimming pools, a fitness center, a gym, a restaurant with 600 seats, a conference hall, VIP meeting room, 200 indoor rooms, tennis court, volleyball court, parking area of 21,540 square meters, designed for 400 cars, which is an exception among the Armenian hotels.
According to Hamlet Amirkhanyan, in addition, the hotel will have a flexible pricing system, there will also be opened 300 new jobs. Wyndham Hotel Yerevan will break the stereotype that in Yerevan hotels are expensive now, as prices are available here, and the service will be quality, as it is in many European five-star hotels.
The hotel will have both Armenian and European cuisine, tour buses will be provided for the touristsl, which will conveniently deliver to them in the tourist center, show visitors the sights, cultural and historical monuments of Armenia, thus contributing to the development of tourism in Armenia.
