Open letter to RA President of the Control Chamber Ishkhan Zakaryan

Dear Mr. Zakaryan, please answer the following questions:

1. Does the Control Chamber have a program in its 2013 activities to check the Ministry of Youth and Sports? If yes, whether the checks include inspections carried out by the Ministry in the field of sports programs, taking into account that in 2009 your checks were about only youth-related programs.

2. If the Control Chamber is not going to check the sport sphere, tell me please, what is the reason, taking into account this sphere's state for the many years and thus, very different conversations conditioned by this?

In particular, are the conversations true, that circumvent depends on your and Gagik Tsarukyan relations? And if you're going again to avoid this area this year, do not you fear that there will be serious doubts over the impartiality and professionalism of your accumulation.

3. Why are not there full documentations on your website? Why do you post missing documents instead of real documents? There is not also an annual report of 2012, although it is already 2013.

4. In 2009, 2010 the Control Chamber had more or less active role in trying to reinvent the publicity, many waited for your conferences with anxiety, which can not be said in the last couple of years.

What is the reason, is this a consequence of the change of tactics, the CC has decided to become a closed structure, or just the conversations are actually justified by the fact that there is unemployment in CC and, in fact, there is nothing to say, and you are not active in this sphere?

5. In which level are the relationships between CC and General Prosecutor? Can you properly cooperate, taking into account that the General Prosecutor's Office publicly accused the CC, annuncing that CC was not interested in the studies and reserves strict behavior of demonstrating materials?

6. You are one of the most senior officials who often misses the Republic. It is not concerning to your personal journeys, but your official visits. What is the reason?
