The former Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan once again was distinguished with his inappropriate behavior. On January, coming from Israel to Armenia, the former Mayor of Gyumri Vardanik drunk on a plane and started cursing loudly, operativ.am reports.

He went to Israel with his family and two men. Being drunk, Vardanik started hitting with a newspaper on the head of those two men accompanying him, and realizing that this behavior irritated the other passengers, turned to him and said, "What are you looking sideways, do not you know me? "I am Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan." After these words, many of the passengers could not help laughing, the website reports.
