20-year-old boy had sexual relations with a minor

In Tavush region 20-year-old Roman Zakaryan in October 2012 met with a minor resident of Berd 14-year- old G.G. They began dating. On October 11, 2012 about 20.00 they entered the territory of the kindergarten N2 of Berd, the entrance was open as a result of repair work, and on the first floor, with the girl's consent had a sexual relationship.

Investigating the case, the court found the defendant R.Z. guilty under article 141 of RA Criminal Code, which provides imprisonment for a period of six months.

This case will be reviewed in a Court of General Jurisdiction of Tavush region.
