The sources "Hraparak" close to the governmentent inform that the Russian president’s long-awaited tour to Armenia was replaced by the visits of the country’s defense minister and the secretary general of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Shoygu, who is considered the Russian president’s successor, is said to have behaved quite friendly at an evening party devoted to the Armenian Army day. The paper says he even sang with jazzmen in Yerevan’s Jans club. “Singing is by the way considered a ‘good tone’ in the Russian establishment as it is common for everybody to sing at their guest performances.
Vladimir Putin thinks Sergey Stepashin, not Shoygu to the best singer in both his former and current cabinet,"
