Why will Lyudmila Sargsyan replace Nikol Pashinyan? Pashinyan explains

Due to the fact that, at today's meeting of the faction "ANC" it was decided to appoint a temporary member of the Ethics Commission of the National Assembly of RA deputy Lyudmila Sargsyan, numerous journalists have contacted me in order to get clarification. In this regard, I consider it necessary to inform:

1. Even in the summer "Armenian National Congress" had an agreement that the fraction in Ethics Commission would make the appointment on a rotational order.

2. In the draft agenda of today's meeting of the faction there was no question of replacing a member of the Ethics Commission of the National Assembly of Armenia, the issue was on the agenda and a decision on my proposal, pursuant to an agreement previously acquired. Thus, my powers of the chairman and a member of the Ethics Committee of the National Assembly are at the end at four-day session of parliament, which will be held from 4 to 7 February.

3. Wish the appointed member of the Ethics Commission of the National Assembly Lyudmila Sargsyan good luck, I will support her for the effective operation of the Commission.

P.S. Information for the media and public, I report that the meeting scheduled for 01.02.2013 of Ethics Commission of the National Assembly will not take place. The reason is that the main speaker can not be present, but without the main speaker to hold a meeting is impossible.
