In Armenia, there is not probably such official, who would prevent "kiks". Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, of course, is not exception. An incident associated with the Prime Minister occurred yesterday during the cabinet meeting.
Door, as always, was opened, Tigran Sargsyan went and sat down and started. This time, the Prime Minister decided to talk about his achievements in the government, his progress. Premier began to speak:
-Hello, dear colleagues.
Today the website of the government will post a report on the assessments of our activity that are shown on the basis of interviews. I wish to inform you that, according to our citizens, conspicuous in recent years the reforms that have yielded tangible results, are the following: First, the scope of cellular communications and the Internet. 95.3 percent of those polled estimated that in this area there were obvious improvements in the last five years.
And then silence ...
Second-progress ... the second progress ... well ... where is it?
Sargsyan begins to search the paper, the Ministers with bated breath, are foolowing the "boss", again silence, again searches...
-What was the second progress? Where is paper?
A few more seconds the government meeting was held in a search of progress and finally, thank God, the second progress of RA Government was found.
-The second area, where there are tangible results is the sphere of insurance against the risk of third parties. The third sphere (65.1 percent), the work of the inventory, where our citizens believe that there is a serious achievement, this time successfully, with no apparent loss continued the Prime Minister.
And after all this, there may be people who just dare to criticize our government, the government of the Prime Minister, who records such progress, who can not even remember their priority. How one can remember so much progress, they are ordinary people ...
