When the oligarchy has fun, simple peoole, of course, have to shut up and step aside.

On March 8, 2012 until 4:00 the residents of 31 Mashtots Avenue hоuse, in which there is also the restaurant "Camelot", were silently watching how the girls are having fun with Gevorg, the nephew of restaurant owner Nazareth Mnatsakanyan.

And since the restaurant's owners decided to save on the muffler, the residents of the house every day for the past two years, "enjoy" songs, toasts, cries, sighs, whistles of human and non-human voices coming out of the restaurant.

The restaurant belongs to RA National Assembly deputy, former Mayor of Talin Mnatsakan Mnatsakanyan's brother Nazareth Mnatsakanyan, who was fired by the Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan, because as a Head of the 4th division of the Main Directorate commited some violations concerning the fight against organized crime.

Known with the nickname "Kyankul" he was not meant to criminal liability, he was simply sent to the reserve, which probably gave the person reason to think that he was above any law and could do whatever he wanted, with whom he pleased, when and how much.

List of the owners and loyal customers is very important to understand why the aforementioned restaurant is beyond the law.

The Head of the Republican Party Galust Sahakyan loves to spend time here with his relatives (Sahakyan, a great connoisseur of Latin American dance, so that, judging by that he dances like a responsible ideology of Garegin Nzhdeh, you can imagine what kind of music shakes the house residents from 18:00 pm to 4:00 am).

It is known that Sahakyan does not like to spend money, so it's more than safe to say that when the Head of RPA faction wants to have fun, he always takes with him those who closes the account.

Sometimes Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan visits the restaurant, then it seems that somewhere there is a President of the country. Ohanyan's bodyguards literally create the military situation in the restaurant. Yerevan Municipality ataff is one of the regular visitors of the restaurant.

Residents complained to the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Head of Police Vladimir Gasparyan.

According to the residents, the only one one has done anything, is the Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan who has fined the restaurant twice for 40 thousand drams.

"You know what? Go and complain to anyone you want, if you are so sure," answers the manager. Consciousness of impunity has passed from the owners to the employees, who in theirturn come in the morning, consider it their duty to turn on the power of the tape, if possible early waking residents.

And why do we have it? Because it is Armenia, and that's all. Because rednecks (not to be confused with villagers, whom I respect and love, redneck is a special category) interfering with some time in the capital, began to think that Armenia is their property, and instead of trying to be more civilized and only then integrate in the capital, felt that they should have a pass, and began to impose their rural habits to capital and the real owners, the heirs of the urban culture. However, despite the army of rednecks, Yerevan is still Yerevan, and if we do not want to lose our capital completely, you need to seriously think about curbing these rednecks and penalties against them, so as not to allow for Yerevan finally turned into a village club.

It is exactly unacceptable, because it is our Yerevan and that's all!
