RA presidential candidate, leader of "National Self-Determination" party Paruyr Hayrikyan's lawyer has announced that they will appeal to the Constitutional Court to postpone scheduled for February 18 presidential elections for two weeks.
"The elections will not be postponed," at a press conference Paruyr Hayrikyan's lawyer Levon Baghdasaryan announced.
