Armenian presidential candidate’s alert on violations sent to Special Investigative Service

The news article titled “Arman Melikyan says they attempted to corrupt his mother” was posted on www.tert.am website on Tuesday, Prosecutor General’s Office said in a statement. Detailed information on the incident was published by other media outlets, too.

“As a result of media monitoring, the article was sent by Prosecutor’s Office to the Special Investigative Service to clarify the details,” the statement reads.

A working group to monitor and record violations during the election campaign was set under the instruction of Prosecutor General.
