Andrias Ghukasyan in stable condition

Candidate for presidency Andrias Ghukasyan's health has been much improved, but his blood pressure remains low. As the correspondent of Lurer.com reports, he continues to remain in the supine position and does not talk to the media.

To note that Andrias Ghukasyan began a hunger strike on 21 January. He demanded the Central Election Commission to invalidate the registration of the incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan's candidacy, but the Commission has refused to meet the needs of the candidate, citing the fact that Ghukasyan requires CEC to move beyond its authority and make a political decision.

He also said that he would stop the hunger strike in case the international observers abandon the mission in Armenia. After the assassination of presidential candidate of Armenia Paruyr Hayrikyan, he said that he would stop the hunger strike if Hayrikyan appealed to the Constitutional Court to call new elections, but the latter ignored it.
