Edward Hakobyan's murder was charged in Leningrad

In the Leningrad region was charged the murder of the head of Department of Architecture and Urban Municipality "Vsevolozhsk municipal district" Edward Hakobyan, the Investigative Committee in the Leningrad region of Russia informed REGNUM's correspondent.

The Office continues to investigate the criminal case of murder. As previously reported in the SU IC Russia, for the alleged commission of the offense was detained a 36-year-old resident of Vyborg, Leningrad Dmitry Baranov, previously convicted of murder.

The criminal investigation is ongoing.
