Azerbaijan recognized Nagorno-Karabakh in 1993

Azerbaijan's "Umid" Party, Deputy Chief of Public Relations Officer Aynur Imranova on her social network page posted a letter of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev addressed to the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Minister Samvel Babayan, according to which Azerbaijan recognized Nagorno-Karabakh in 1993.
