"Zhoghovurd": Arthur Baghdasaryan can do everything

It turns out that traffic stops in Armenia not only when President Serzh Sargsyan's motorcade passes, but also the Secretary of National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan. Resident, who called the editorial office of the newspaper "Zhoghovurd", expressed his dissatisfication about that phenomenon. 

According to him, if in the case of Serzh Sargsyan everything is clear, as he is the President of the country, then the same can not be said about Arthur Baghdasaryan. "Whom does he fear, or who does he want to scare?" complained the resident who was late for his work because of Artur Baghdasaryan's motorcadee.

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" found out that the traffic is stopped neither in the case of NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan nor RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. Arthur Baghdasaryan is just another man, he can do everything.
