"Zhoghovurd": Does RPA distribute phones?

Credible sources of "Zhoghovurd" inform that the other day on eof the schools in Yerevan after Daniel Varuzhan( the director is the suporter of RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan) on behalf of RPA distributed branded phones of "Armentel" CJSC.

The paper tried to check the information from RPA faction head Galust Sahakyan, who of course denied it, saying: "RPA has never been engaged and will never be engaged in such things. Distribution of phones is not included in our methodology."
