Paruyr Hayrikyan to apply to CC

RA presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan will apply to the Constitutional Court. He told about this "A1+" 's correspondent.

He told that if his condition does not change till Sunday, they are going to apply to the Constitutional Court.

In postoperative period in the hospital Paruyr Hayrikyan also said that he would announce the withdrawal, but he did not do that according to his supporters' persuasion.

RA presidental elections are scheduled for February 18.

According to RA Constitution, the presidential candidate for recognizing the insurmountable obstacles, can apply to CC not later than eight days prior to the date of the presidential elections.
