Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan is the topic of discussions due to personnel rearrangements.

They say Tigran Sargsyan has been offered to return CB, but he has prefered nothing than to return CB.

CB has negative attitude towards Prime Minister, and it is obvious. This is due to Tigran Sargsyan's strained relations with Javadyan.

According to the same soures, CB is reluctant to circulate Tigran Sargsyan's name. They say CB board member Vakhtang Abrahamyan expresses clearly.
