RA Defense Ministry reports with great sadness that in the north-eastern part of the contact line between Armenia and Azerbaijan, on February 9 about 09:05, according to preliminary data contract serviceman Mher Yeghtashyan /born in 1976 / was shot to death during a military vigil at a border military unit.

RA Defense Ministry shares its grief and bereavement and expresses its condolence to Mher Yeghtsashyan's family members, relatives and colleagues.
