GM Levon Aronian had two games on the first board of Baden-Baden Club in the German Team Championship. First he ended in a draw with GM Hrant Melkumyan who is leading Berlin Club then beat GM Michael Prusikin (Forchheim).

Levon Aronian is going to take part in a round-robin tournament to be held on May 7-18, 2013 in Stavanger, Norway.
The rivals of the Armenian grandmaster will be GMs Magnus Carlsen, Viswanathan Anand, Vladimir Kramnik, Teimour Radjabov, Sergey Karjakin, Veselin Topalov, Hikaru Nakamura, Wang Hao and Jon Ludvig Hammer.
