Former spokesman for Interior Ministry detained on Turkish-Georgian border

Former spokesman for the Interior Ministry Guram Donadze has been detained in Georgia. The detainee's lawyer Kakha Shonia told media that his client returned to Georgia last night and was arrested after crossing the Turkish-Georgian border.
Guram Donadze left Georgia after the parliamentary elections on October 1, 2012. Donadze was arrested as an accused. He is in the temporary detention facility.
Former spokesman for the Interior Ministry is accused of abuse of office. A preventive measure will be chosen by the court today.
