Armenia’s presidential candidate Hrant Bagratyan will join the idea of the united candidate only after Paruyr Hayrikyan and Raffi Hovhannisian declare themselves opposition.

"They should announce that they refuse any post after the elections, and will not congratulate Serzh Sargsyan if he is elected", at a meeting with journalists Bagratyan said.

"Before the attack on Paruyr Hayrikyan, we signed a document that demanded the authorities to publish a list of those people who do not live permanently in Armenia. However, they did not fulfill our demand. This means that there can be no fair election. I announced that I am an opposition candidate, and they did not", said the candidate.
