Kocharyan says to Hayrikyan: "Who are you, let's goodbye."

Armenian presidential candidate, leader of "National Self-Determination" party Paruyr Hayrikyan on February 11 withdrew his application from the Constitutional Court demanding to postpone the date of the presidential elections for two weeks. As the press-secretary of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hovhannes Papikyan says, document of withdrawal of the declaration submitted to the court politician's lawyer Levon Baghdasaryan on February 11.
Lurer.com interviewed political technologist Karen Kocharyan. The latter, evaluating Hayrikyan's action, said: "I will say briefly, with last year's best-known expression, 'Who are you, let's goodbye." (Ты кто такой, давай до свидания).
To note that it's the fourth time Hayrikyan changes his mind on this issue over the last 10 days. A day after the attempt on him Hayrikyan did not rule out that would have to apply to the Constitutional Court, but on February 5 he said that he would not seek postponement date of the vote.
But three days later the coordinator of the candidate's election headquarters Manya Ayvazyan said on Sunday that he would still apply.
To note, on February 10 Paruyr Hayrikyan applied to the Constitutional Court for postponement of the presidential elections for two weeks. Speaking to reporters politician said that if over the next two days, the opposition candidates united, he would take back his statement, and elections would be held on February 18. On February 9 he wrote an open letter to two presidential candidates - the leader of "Heritage" party Raffi Hovhannisyan and leader of the "Freedom" party Hrant Bagratyan, inviting them to unite and have a single candidate in the elections.
