New details on Hayrikyan's assassination attempt

The Armenian National Security Service identified the weapon used in the assassination attempt against Paruyr Hayrikyan.

To note, that during the forensic examination the Nagant M1895 Revolver was found along the lines of the ongoing criminal case into the assassination attempt against Armenian presidential candidate, opposition National Self-Determination Union Chairman Paruyr Hayrikyan, who is recovering at hospital from a gunshot wound.

The expert conclusion suggests that the two bullets (with 76.2 mm diameter) extracted from Hayrikyan’s body were released from the above pistol.

The inquest continues. National Security Service promises to periodically inform the public of new developments.
