Georgian citizen hit with axe in Azerbaijan’s Baku

A Georgian citizen has been attacked in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku with an axe.

According to Georgia Online, the Georgian citizen has been engaged in fight with a resident of Baku’s Lankeran region Taleh Bagirov. During the brawl the Azerbaijani several times hit the Georgian on the head with an axe.

The Georgian citizen is in hospital in grave condition. Bagirov was arrested.

The case is underway.
