Mourinho: "I won't end my career with two Champions Leagues"

José Mourinho was bullish at the press conference ahead of the Manchester United match. "There are great clubs and coaches that have never won the Champions League. Real Madrid has won nine and I have won two, which makes us privileged. Real wants to win a tenth and I want to win a third – I am going to strive until it happens, I don't know if that will be this year or next. I'm confident in my work. I'm not planning to end my career with two Champions Leagues", he claimed.

"Journalists know everything. They'll use any sources they can, however high or low. We know how we're going to play and we hope we pull it off, but we're up against a really strong team that knows how to deal with different situations. I'm not going to name my team. I'd like to know United's line-up, but unfortunately I don't", Mourinho noted.

"We've been in four competitions this season. We won the Super Cup, the league is lost, but we're still in with a chance to win two others. We should wait until the end of the year to assess the season", the 'Special One' continued.

"I don't think I'll replace Ferguson at United. I think we will end our careers at the same time, him at 90 and me at 70. I don't know when I'll go back to England, though it will normally be my next step", he concluded.
