Azerbaijani Armed Forces shelled border villages of Armenia

Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in evening of 12 February opened fire in the direction of Aygepar, Movses and Chinari villages of the border Tavush region. As a result of shelling contract soldier Gevorg Melikbekyan was injured.

According to the press service of the Defense Ministry of Armenia, the situation is completely controlled by the AF of the country. "All measures are taken to contain the antics of the enemy side", Defense Ministry reports.

However, it is reported from Chinari village that Azerbaijani snipers fired at the car with the children, a house and a gas pipeline, which subsequently exploded. There are no victims and injured among the civilian population there.
