Today's evening practice of "Spartak" in Marbella started at 17:30 Spanish time, and lasted less than two hours. At the beginning of the session was intense workout: one group worked in Spartak "square", another had different speed-strength exercises with the ball followed by attacks on small gate. Then the groups were reversed.
