Nude Keira Knightley ad too raunchy for kids TV
Society
A sexyChanel perfume ad showing Keira Knightley writhing naked underneath a bedsheet has been banned from kids TV for being too raunchy.
A viewer complained after the Coco Mademoiselle commercial aired during animated film Ice Age 2. The saucy ad starts with Keira, 27, lying under a bedsheet, before racing to a photoshoot, where she poses for a hunky photographer.
The snapper then seduces the star, unzipping her clothes until she's totally nude with her back to the camera.
Chanel said the ad appeared during the day, and Ice Age 2 was chosen because it included sharp humour and involved recognised celebrities as voice actors which gave it an appeal to adults.
But the Advertising Standards Agency ruled the ad's sexual tone was "unsuitable for younger children" and banned it from appearing in or around kids' shows.
