Effort for state revolution or clans' fight?
Analytical
At first sight famous presidential elections in Armenia get more than an unpredictable course. National security agencies are working on these days in two main spheres; whether the actions occured on domestic violence, or yet it is another effort for state revolution?.
In connection with the second version two programs of actions are being examined.
Scenario 1. Presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan is shot. According to the Constitution, in the event that one of the presidential candidates faces insurmountable obstacles, the elections are postponed for two weeks. If during this period obstacles are recognized as insurmountable new elections are registered and the voting occures on the fortieth day after the expiration of the two-week period. During this period expires Serzh Sargsyan's term in office, the President becomes an ordinary player. The second person of the state comes into play. Speaker of the National Assembly becomes number one person. But how all this the internal and external players use, we can only guess.
Scenario 2. If Hayrikyan's variant is not valid, elections are not deposited by Hayrikyan, Andrias Ghukasyan comes into play; something happens with this hunger striker candidate. Elections are postponed, the goal is the same, the term of the Sargsyan's office is coming to an end, he becomes an ordinary citizen of Armenia, as a private candidate.
And so, the presidential candidate Vardan Sedrakyan, who is still surrounded himself with the epics and did not claim to seriousness, suddenly appeares in the center of more than serious topics.
First, he declares that after the elections he would be arrested, and at this time is trying to hint at something; "I have to deeply disappoint Sargsyan, but nothing will come of it" (the message, can be probably be understood in the following way, "stand behind me, and I will not tell anyone"), but the next day, he convenes a conference and says: "keep someone for 4 days in the NSS, he will just write everything"(apparently, message remaines unanswered, and that is the reason of the corresponding reaction of the candidate).
The head of the electoral headquarters of Vardan Setrakyan is quite an ambitious young man, Edward Abrahamyan, whose political activity is still limited in the framework of some neo-conservative movement with the name. The young man, comes from a family with some financial means: the father of the family in his time acquired the possibilities with some connection to Robert Kocharyan. In any case, this guy could be a mediator, a curator, but nothing more.
The reason for some of the arguments are also due to Sedrakyan with former Security Adviser Robert Kocharyan's Garnik Isagulyan. Questions related to Isagulyan these days are the focus of attention of the relevant authorities. By the way, in this context should be seen Isagulyan's active and various derogatory statements in his address.
Who exactly is behind all this, in fact, whether we are dealing with a state conspiracy or not, NSS might be able to find out. But the fact that there is serious enough fight in Armenia, however, which was expressed by public outbursts, it is a fact. And this fight is already clans' fight. On one hand there is a clan, which spends time in the sauna and resolves issues through family ties (which, incidentally, our brotherly Russia receives), on the other hand is the clan, which wants to see Armenia as a separate, independent of all the superpowers, based on national values, and that during solving issues is governed by exclusively human professional skills and value system.
Who will be the winner in the end, who can become dominant, is still a question, however, in spite of the many questions we hope that the future of Armenia the second type will be dominant, and all those people who stand out for their professionalism and personal integrity will not only stay in Armenia and will not try to find his "I" in a foreign country, in the Russian migration service, but seeing the victory of the second type will be interested in the issue of embedding his forces and capabilities for the benefit of the motherland.
