ARF will adress the ranks of its own and other voters concerning February 18th presidential elections, ARF SB representative Arsen Vardanyan told "Haykakan Zhamanak".

Hambardzumyan refused to speak about the content of the statement, adopted by SB, but it is likely, however, that in any case the Armenian Revolutionary Federation's call will be against Serzh Sargsyan.
