Ismayilli Chief Executive dismissed

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has dismissed Chief Executive of Ismayilli region Nizami Alekperov by his decree.

According to another decree of the Head of State, Mirdamed Sadigov was appointed to this position.

A mass conflict connected with biased hooliganism occurred in Ismayilli region on January 23. The property was damaged by Chirag hotel's drunk administrator Emil Shamdinov and his friend Elmeddin Mammadov. Afterwards, Chirag hotel and various cars were burnt by a group of people who gathered there.
