''Hraparak'' daily writes, ''It has become apparent that the Governor of Syunik Region Surik Khachatryan (a.k.a. "Liska") does not only beat women, but he also awards medals. On Thursday he attended the 15th anniversary event of Kapan city's local self-governance agencies and awarded the city's mayor with the ''Davit Bek'' Medal."Liska" left immediately after presenting the medal.

Incidentally, as per our sources in Syunik, "Liska" didn't go to work yesterday. What is more, he has purchased a home in Lyon and is preparing to settle in France. His son also studies in Lyon. According to certain news, these days he is busy with transferring his business from Armenia".
