Today Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received Colonel-General Valeriy Gerasimov, the chief of the Russian Armed Forces’ General Staff.

In the context of deepening Armenian-Russian strategic relations, the interlocutors reflected on the avenues for developing military and militaro-technical cooperation, and the ongoing programs of interaction between the two countries.

President Serzh Sargsyan and Colonel-General Valery Gerasimov also exchanged views on regional and international security.
