CNN: "Armenian government is corrupt and ineffective."

The survey titled "Which side is Armenia willing to slope?» CNN has monitored regarding the upcoming presidential elections in Armenia. CNN notes that "despite the claim that the incumbent President presidential candidate Serzh Sargsyan's victory is obvious, these elections are not meaningless."

On January 31, 2013 The World Bank in its report praised Georgia for its policies against corruption and said that the country could serve as an example for other countries facing similar problems.

Armenia is not to be worthy of the same praise. The government of this country is corrupt and ineffective."
