Hayrikyan: "Presidential contenders showed that they favored assassination attempt."

All fellow Armenian presidential contenders showed that they favored assassination attempt, Hayrikyan says.
Armenian presidential candidate, opposition National Self-Determination Union Chairman Paruyr Hayrikyan does not suspect any of the other fellow contenders in the assassination attempt that was staged against him. Hayrikyan himself informed this during a press conference on Saturday.

At the same time, however, he noted that his fellow candidates demonstrated, by their demeanor, that they favored this shooting. And had this incident occurred with any other candidate, he definitely would have suspended his election campaign until the said candidate returned to the camping trail.

“Theoretically, this seemed to be convenient for everyone, as there was one less candidate,” Hayrikyan concluded.
