Today, on Nov. 21, law enforcement officers began large-scale counter-terrorist operations (CTO) against a local group of militants in the city of Nalchik.

Russian media reported about this, alluding Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kabardino-Balkaria. Due to preliminary data, there are no victims.

The CTO regime is also carried in Chegem district.
