Violation registered in Avan election district

The observer of NGO Civil Society Institute reported violation in Yerevan's Avan administrative district.

According to information published on NGO website in Avan election district 1/6 the observer of NGO Civil Society Institute concluded that there is crack in the bottom of ballot boxes, through which a ballot may be pushed in.

Chairman of the Commission explained, that the box was checked by all the members of the commission and sealed, and it is possible that other constituencies also have similar boxes.

Raffi Hovannisyan's trustee, the observer in the same electoral district reported that the Commission does not allow him to work, does not make member of the electoral process and does not provide any information.
