Armenia-Turkey protocols will not be ratified in Zurich.

"REGNUM" writes, "The protocols, signed between Turkey and Armenia in Zurich, concerning the normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations, will not be ratified", was stated by Turkish Parliament's Foreign Affairs Commission Chairman Volkan Bozkir during a press conference in Baku, on Nov. 21.

"I am one of those people who are responsible for the ratification of those documents, and can say that they will not be ratified," Bozkir declared".
