Perpetrator escaped from 9/02 poll station (video)

The correspondent of iLur.am after 09.00 am registered a number of violations at Yerevan polling station 9/02 .
Initially the correspondent's attention attracted suspicious movement member of the commission that put printing passports. When two voters were asked to show their passports, it was found that the seals are not available. Commission Chairman Zaven Mirijanyan (RPA) suggested that the ink was disappeared.
After a while a young man talked a few minutes in the corridor with a trustee of RPA, then went to get a ballot. He was asked to show his passport. Passport was belonging to Vigen Sargsyan Andranikovich, but the photo was not the bearer. When a committee member asked his passport data, it turned out that the man who introduced as Vigen Sargsyan, did not remember his name and year of birth. When the Chairman of the committee took the passport to check, the young man pulled him from the chair and ran away. Chairman of the Commission "failed to" catch up with him, and the police at the poll station "did not notice" him.
After the incident, the committee members and local observers discussed the next actions. An opinion was expressed that the young man was deaf, because could not pronounce his name (in the video his voice is heard), even an opinion was expressed that the correspondent of iLur.am baffled him.

Note that there was only one confidant of Serzh Sargsyan at the poll station.
