“Yerkir”: The city is transmitted to a headquarters.

"One of the first decisions of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was the dismissal of Arabkir Administrative Community Head Eduard Musheghyan ("Kyazh Edo").

Musheghyan was released yesterday.

To note, when Karen Karapetyan was appointed as Mayor of Yerevan, he immediately appointed Edward Musheghyan, though the latter was not even a Republican, which was usually an obstacle for such a post, but was his childhood friend.

According to our information, the new Administrative Community Head will be appointed Musheghyan's Deputy Hrayr Antonyan. The latter is both a Republican and the close friend of Taron Margaryan.

This appointment on the eve of the elections was a strong political decision and confirmed our commentary yet followed by the resignation of Karen Karapetyan that the more understandable reason of the latter's resignation was the refusal of the responsibility relating the leading of RPA headquarters and ensuring the Party with votes in the upcoming elections.

Karen Karapetyan refused to be politicized. Taron Margaryan was unable to maintain independence and immediately began transmuting the city to a headquarters.

Hereby, as usually happens in the period preceding the elections, department heads, school principals will gradually become Republicans, who will influence on election of subordinates using the levers.
