400 already voted ballots in "Heritage" party's trustee's clothes

Today Raffi Hovannisyan's campaign headquarters received a call that at Kharberd's 16/41 polling station they were going to cast ballots in a box. According to the call, already voted 400 ballots were stored in somebody's clothes, who tried to fill the box.

As the correspondent of Lurer.com reports, Karen Hakobyan, Raffi Hovannisyan's trustee seemed suspicious.

When the journalists entered, the latter was not at the poll station, then he went down from the second floor. Correspondent of Lurer.com tried to approach him to find out whether the violations were recorded or not. The latter ran back to the second floor.

Ten minutes later, the trustee came back to the polling station.

To note that there were violations, instructions, more than fifteen people at the poll station, as well as there were crowds outside.
