RA Ambassador Karmirshalyan met with the members of Argentina-Armenia friendship groups.

Today Armenia's Ambassador to Argentina, Vladimir Karmirshalyan, met with members of the Argentina-Armenia friendship groups, which have recently been formed at the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Argentine National Congress.

The Ambassador congratulated the Argentinean MPs, in connection with forming these friendship groups, and expressed a conviction that their activities would contribute to further developing interparliamentary ties and consolidating the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

In their turn, the friendship groups' chairs stressed their readiness to do everything to deepen Argentinean-Armenian friendship and cooperation, and they expressed a hope to soon establish practical ties with their Armenian colleagues.

During the meeting, Armenia's Ambassador also thoroughly presented the Karabakh conflict and its peace talks being conducted within the framework of the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) Minsk Group.
