Isn't there a Governor?", replied Ararat Governor and Syunik former Governor Edik Barseghyan to the question of the reporters whether it was possible that he would move to Syunik to replace the current Republican Governor Suren Khachatryan, against which the SIS carried out a criminal case relating the use of violence towards businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan.
