"According to preliminary data, the presidential candidate of Armenia Raffi Hovannisyan with a considerable margin (more than 32% of the votes) won the incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan in Gyumri", journalists' club "Asparez" reports.
At all poll stations Hovannisyan received 42,635 votes (69.46%), and Serzh Sargsyan - 16,599 votes (27.04%).
