"Haykakan Zhamanak": A real protest.

The daily writes, "On Nov. 17, 39-year-old Vachagan Isoyan, in his " Gas -2410 " car did not accidentally ran into the fence of presidential residence, but did it as a sign of protest.

This was announced by his close friend Hayk yesterday. "He did it by sense. Though he was drunk, he realized everything. He just expressed his indignation. He protested for his severe social condition", said Hayk and added that Isoyan still  did not have a lawyer and refused to give testimonies. "We think, there is no need of a lawyer to advocate. 

Not that he refused to have a lawyer, but the time still has not come to think about it". Nowadays, Isoyan is in "Nubarashen" penitentiary institution, with the charge of hooliganism. In case of confirmation of the accusation he is faced up to 5 years in prison. Earlier the reporters informed that during the incident he was under the influence of alcohol and didn't realize what he was doing. In fact his step is an action of civil disobedience".
