In connection with the registered violations of the election headquarters of presidential candidate of Armenia Raffi Hovannisyan at presidential elections in 2013 (08:00 19.02.2013, www.raffi4president.am/hy/violations) and an electronic media photography Defense Ministry reports:

"On 18 February 2013, during voting in the presidential elections of RA in any of the 1988 stations observers did not observe any violations of the electoral process by the military officers.

Including the possibility of sending military personnel to voting, DM offers to inform the poll station, where the incident was recorded, to bring to justice those potential perpetrators."
