Acts of TP multiply and multiply ...

On December 21, 2012 Aperyan Armenak parked his VAZ 21213 with state numbers 07LO202 at House of Chess and went to a nearby cafe. It took about a month, as on January 16, 2013 "black paper" came. Then Armenak learnt that he parked in an improper place.

Armenak, of course, as law-abiding citizen of the Republic of Armenia, who with responsibility refers to offences, registered by Traffic Police, accepts his guilt and pays a penalty, once and for all fixing that the marked place can not be parked.

Time passes and suddenly Armenak receives another "black paper." Contents again refers to this ill-fated December 21, parking at the intersection of Khanjian-Sayat Nova. If in the first case number 1200411812 decision of an administrative offense took inspector Karen Aghajanyan, the author of the second-1200411817 decision was already another one, inspector Konstantin Kostanyan. He has already received two in a month after the violation, and the rest .. well, 2013 is still ahead, and there is not naturally deficit of the inspectors, but it means that there can be no shortage of decisions taken at different times and under different names of the inspectors.
