"Zhoghovurd": RPA undecided over today’s rally

While RPA tries to mock the leader of the Heritage party Raffi Hovhannisyan, they seem to appear in ridiculous situation themselves being undecided whether to conduct a rally at the Freedom Square or not. The reason of doubts is that Raffi Hovhannisyan is going to wait today from 2.00pm for Serzh Sargsyan to discuss the transfer of power to people and  the Municipality has sanctioned the meeting.

The ruling party more probably fears that the people to be brought to the rally from state institutions will join the opposition like they did in 2008 and spoil everything,
